Specification: The Latus Bed is made entirely of solid wood, conceived and designed by Salih Teskeredžić. The signature ‘Latus’ treatment is beautifully applied to this design with its beautifully balanced proportions, joinery, and elegantly finished curves. Available in different sizes.
Artisan pieces are available in a choice of seven different sustainably sourced timber species – European Oak, European Walnut, American Walnut, Elm, Maple, Cherry, and Ash. The furniture is finished with environmentally-friendly finishes including natural oils and soap which emphasise the luxurious and organic beauty of the wood grain – creating colour diversity.
Wood may change color if exposed to sunlight. Wood is a living thing which breathes and reacts to changes in humidity. In dry environments wood contracts, while in humid conditions it expands. A healthy climate of about 70 degrees fahrenheit and 65% relatively humidity offers optimal conditions for wood.
Furniture Care and Maintenance: wipe with a dry cotton cloth. Dirty surfaces should be wiped with a cloth dampened with water or using mild soap. Water should only be used in small amounts; immediately wipe up anything which is spilt. Solid wood can change if exposed to humidty or water.
