Fahmida Lam
Fahmida Lam is an emerging residential furniture and home accessories designer based in New York
City. She earned her Master's in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and also holds a degree in
finance and economics. Inspired by her personal travels, handcraft, and the elegant simplicity found
in Scandinavian and Japanese design, Fahmida sets out to produce pieces that enrich life through utility
and beauty.
Daybeds are the ideal furniture piece as a statement, relaxing, or seating. The Thor design fits in beautifully in a contemporary or traditional setting.
